2025-2026 4Runner Nova-Series Prismatic LED Third Brake Light Black (220088)

The new 4Runner deserves better than the flat factory CHMSL, and this is the easiest visual upgrade on the whole truck. AlphaRex builds the Nova-Series Prismatic around three sections of consecutive trapezoidal prisms that throw a real 3D effect, and every prism lights up in bright red LED when you touch the brakes. There is also a quick strobe sequence on brake application before the light settles into solid output, which is exactly the kind of detail that makes the person behind you actually look up.

Installation is plug and play with no drilling and no cutting, so it goes on in minutes with hand tools. The unit meets and exceeds SAE and DOT FMVSS108, and this is the Black housing with smoked lens version built from polypropylene with a polycarbonate lens. The finish is load bearing here, since AlphaRex sells a separate Alpha-Black version under a different part number.
