2024-2026 Land Cruiser 250 Forged Recovery Point Left Hand Side (2821040)

A factory tow hook is designed to drag a car onto a flatbed, not to survive a snatch strap loading up in soft ground. ARB's forged recovery point is the purpose built answer. It is forged and robot welded from 20 mm, 305 grade steel and mounts to vehicle specific pickup points engineered to spread recovery loads into the chassis while keeping clear of airbag hardware. ARB rates it to 17,600 lbs in any direction up to 35 degrees. The chamfered edge slot lets a shackle pivot inside the point so the pin never picks up a side load, and it takes both soft shackles and standard bow shackles. Heavy duty red powder coat means nobody has to hunt for the right attachment point when things are already going badly.

Read this part carefully before ordering. Recovery points are sold INDIVIDUALLY, and this part number is the LEFT HAND SIDE point only. On a left hand drive Land Cruiser 250 that is the driver side. A complete front pair requires both the left hand and right hand points, ordered separately. Installation replaces the factory tow hook on that side and is not purely bolt on: ARB's instructions require trimming the OEM air deflector, drilling the bumper retaining bracket and cutting a plastic trim panel, and ARB recommends installation by trained personnel.

• SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. This is the LEFT HAND SIDE point only. A complete front pair requires the right hand side point as well, ordered separately.
• Left hand side means the left of the vehicle as viewed from the driver seat facing forward. On a left hand drive Land Cruiser 250 that is the driver side.
• The factory tow hook on that side must be removed. This recovery point replaces it.
• Installation requires cutting and drilling, including trimming the OEM air deflector, drilling the bumper retaining bracket and cutting a plastic trim panel. This is not a bolt on only install.
• Shackles and snatch straps are not included. ARB specifies a 4.75t rated bow shackle.
• ARB warns that this product must be installed exactly per its instructions using only the supplied hardware, must not be modified or repaired, and must not be used on any vehicle other than those ARB specifies.
• Do not remove the labels from the recovery point.
