The Extreme Duty 3.0" BulletProof Receiver Shackle solves that problem by using a solid steel shank with a 1-1/4" Shackle, that allows you to attach a rope, strap, or chain to your vehicle. This shackle features four different pin holes that allow the user to set the shackle in the direction they need to. The design allows it to be of use in both horizontal and vertical orientations that can be useful in extended or recessed positions.
