The ICON multi-rate rear leaf pack for 2017 and newer Ford Raptor models is engineered to unlock improved performance and ride quality by replacing the factory leaf springs. Developed through extensive R&D, this user-adjustable leaf pack was designed to address the overly stiff nature of the OE springs, particularly in smaller, choppier terrain. By utilizing a slightly lighter base spring rate, the system delivers improved ride comfort and increased droop travel. For Raptors equipped with additional weight such as gear, accessories, or other modifications, the included add-a-leaf can be installed or swapped into the pack to increase the spring rate by approximately 20 percent or 40 percent, providing the additional load support required for heavier setups.
