The ICON multi-rate rear leaf pack for 2019 and newer Ford Ranger models is a modular, user-adjustable solution designed to deliver a major performance improvement across a wide range of accessory and gear configurations. To improve front-to-rear balance and increase overall compliance, the base spring rate is reduced compared to the OE leaf spring, resulting in improved ride comfort and suspension performance. For Rangers equipped with additional weight such as bed racks, rooftop tents, spare tires, tools, or other gear, the included add-a-leaf can be installed or swapped into the pack to increase spring rate and better support heavier setups. Additional features such as greaseable tip inserts and leaf separators help reduce friction and enhance ride comfort, while heavy-duty eyelet bushings provide long-term durability and quiet operation.
