ICON billet upper control arms equipped with the all-new Delta Joint PRO represent the latest advancement in off-road suspension performance and durability for the 2021-up Ford Bronco. The Delta Joint PRO combines the longevity of factory-style ball joints with strength and performance that exceed traditional motorsports-style joints. Featuring a fully rebuildable and serviceable design, every component of the joint can be removed, inspected, and replaced without the need to purchase a complete assembly. Strength is significantly increased through the use of a larger chromoly ball and shaft with 56 percent more bearing surface than the standard Delta Joint, hardened to Rockwell C 55. A full 90 degrees of articulation provides a 14 percent increase in range of motion over the original Delta Joint, allowing maximum bind-free suspension movement. Replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races deliver a precise metal-to-metal bearing interface, while a redesigned lubrication system improves grease distribution without compromising the bearing seal.
