2021-2026 Bronco Tie Rod Kit (ICO45212)

The ICON XD Forged Tie Rod Kit is designed to address the strength limitations of the factory steering tie rods on the 2021-up Ford Bronco, especially for vehicles running larger tires and tackling demanding off-road terrain. Built with upgraded materials and increased dimensions, these tie rods feature CNC machined 4140 chromoly inner tie rods and ball studs for improved strength. The adjustment threads are increased to 18 mm compared to the factory 14 mm threads, reducing a common failure point. Forged steel outer tie rods retain the factory bend to maintain compatibility with stock wheel sizes, offsets, and most aftermarket wheels. A beefier, greaseable metal-on-metal tie rod end provides extended service life while maintaining the factory range of operating angle.
