2021-2026 Bronco Tubular Upper Control Arm Delta Joint Kit (ICO48400DJ)

ICON tubular upper control arms for the 2021-up Ford Bronco are designed to increase front suspension travel while providing improved strength, geometry correction, and performance at a more accessible price point than billet alternatives. Constructed from heavy-wall DOM tubing that is CNC formed and fixture welded, these control arms feature built-in additional caster to improve front-end alignment on lifted Broncos. The kit is equipped with the all-new Delta Joint PRO, which delivers major durability and performance upgrades including up to 90 degrees of articulation for bind-free suspension movement. The Delta Joint PRO uses a larger chromoly ball and shaft with increased bearing surface, hardened to Rockwell C 55, along with replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races for a precise metal-on-metal interface. An improved lubrication system enhances grease distribution while maintaining seal integrity, and the grease fitting is protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap. Serviceable heavy-duty dual stage bushings at the frame pivots are greaseable and rebuildable, allowing the suspension to operate smoothly and responsively across the full range of travel.
