Universal X-Stream Top Assembly Drag Racing Base Mount Scoop Filter (66-3330R)

Drag strips and pits are filthy places, and a wide open scoop pointed straight into that mess is a very efficient way to feed grit into an expensive motor. K&N built this X-Stream top assembly to solve exactly that. It is a complete base mount scoop filter assembly rather than a bare lid, combining K&N's X-Stream top with a cotton gauze filter element and the mounting hardware, so it protects the engine without choking the airflow that makes the pass worth making.

The filter element measures 3in tall with an 8in inside diameter, the neck flange is 7.313in, and the complete assembly stands 4.25in overall under a black powder coated top. This is a purpose built racing piece from K&N's Speed Shop line, designed to fit specific drag racing scoop designs rather than to serve as a general purpose filter top, so confirm your scoop before ordering. K&N specifies it for use with the K&N 100-8505 scoop or the Harwood 3158 scoop.
