Made from durable steel tubing, the bar includes a threaded bung welded near the axle and a CNC-machined end at the frame for precise fitment. The axle mount uses a large forged flex end with a jam nut, featuring a forged housing and a 1-1/4-inch x 12 threaded shank. The flex ends allow for up to 15 degrees of misalignment, ensuring reliable operation even over rough terrain. The frame end incorporates a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and allows free-floating movement with dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings, maximizing suspension articulation without binding.
