The Full-Race T25/T28 Turbo Blanket (Natural) is designed to protect your investment and maximize turbo performance by insulating heat inside the turbocharger's hot side. This superior heat management reduces turbo lag by increasing turbine efficiency and provides a huge reduction in engine bay temperatures. The natural color comes from the basalt volcanic rock outer layer, which shields surrounding components like plastic lines and electrical wiring from damaging heat, resulting in cooler intake air temperatures and a boost in overall horsepower.

• Outer layer is composed of basalt volcanic rock fiber (Natural color), offering one of the toughest and most heat-resistant materials available.
• Rated to withstand 1800 degrees Fahrenheit direct heat and 2500 degrees Fahrenheit radiant heat.
• Features a unique four-layer construction, including a stainless steel mesh inner layer and layers of high-temp silica fabric insulated with CMS (Superwool).
• Reduces turbo lag, prevents heat soak, and provides a huge reduction in engine bay temperatures.
• Includes stainless steel rivet hooks and high-temp flame-resistant Kevlar sewing thread for durability and installation.

Notes

• Turbo shields are not designed to be removed after the first heat cycle, as the fibers lose their initial flexibility after exposure to extreme heat.
