2024-2025 Tacoma 2-4 Inch Lift Kits

All about 2024-2025 Tacoma 2-4 Inch Lift Kits

The 2024+ Tacoma is a new generation, and most trims now use coil springs in the rear instead of leaf springs. That matters for lifting: the kits on this page are for coil spring rear trucks and do not fit Tacomas with rear leaf springs. They lift the truck about 2 to 4 inches, which clears 33 inch tires on the right wheels. Brands here are ICON and ReadyLift.

How to choose

• Check your rear suspension. Look behind a rear wheel. If you see a coil spring, you are on the right page. If you see a leaf spring pack, these kits will not fit.
• Adaptive suspension and special trims. ICON kits do not fit trucks with Adaptive Variable Suspension. The ReadyLift SST3.3 system does not fit the TRD Pro or the Trailhunter. Read the notes for your trim.
• Spacer or coilover. ReadyLift SST kits lift with spacers and keep factory-style geometry. ICON kits replace the front struts with height-adjustable coilovers (about 1.25 to 3 inches) and add matched rear shocks.
• Upper control arms and CV angles. Most kits here include upper control arms to keep the alignment and ball joint angle right. On 4WD trucks the front differential is dropped to ease CV angles. Check whether the drop kit is included or listed as a required extra.
• Tires and wheels. ICON recommends 33x11.50 tires. ReadyLift lists 285/70R17 and 285/75R17 on specific wheel offsets. Bigger tires mean trimming.
• After install. Get an alignment, aim the headlights and recalibrate the driver assistance systems.

FAQ

My Tacoma has rear leaf springs. Will these fit?

No. Every kit here is for coil spring rear trucks. Leaf spring trucks need a different kit.

What tire size fits?

33 inch tires are the common target with these kits on the recommended wheels. Larger tires need trimming.

Do I need to recalibrate anything?

Yes. ICON says the driver assistance systems need recalibration after install. Plan on an alignment and headlight aim too.

Will these fit a 2016-2023 Tacoma?

No. The 2024+ truck is a different design. Look for a kit listed for your year.
