Description

The Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT Dana 44 Front Axle Assurance Kit reinforces the critical areas of the factory axle to help prevent bent inner C's, warped axle tubes and damaged lower control arm mounts. Designed for Jeeps running larger tires and seeing serious trail use, it adds strength exactly where the factory axle needs it most, helping maintain alignment and protect suspension geometry.

• Control arm skids precision engineered and CNC laser cut and formed from high strength 1/4" USA made steel.
• Inner C gussets and truss laser cut and CNC formed from high strength 3/16" USA made carbon steel.
• Truss includes Synergy Dual Durometer Bushings with a Teflon bearing surface for a maintenance free design.
• Uses OEM size bushings, no proprietary sizes to commit to.
• Contoured design for perfect fitment on stock axles.

Notes

• Designed for the Dana 44 / Advantek M220 front axle only. Not compatible with the Dana 30 front axle.
• Ships bare steel and completes one front axle assembly.
• Requires cutting and welding. We recommend all fabrication be done by a professional welder or fabricator.
• Track bar relocation mount 8812-05 sold separately. The truss requires slight modification for the relocation bracket install.
