2018-2025 Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT D44 Front Axle Truss (8812-01)

Description

Part of the Synergy Front Axle Assurance system for the Jeep JL, JLU and Gladiator JT Dana 44 front axle. Off road abuse places tremendous stress on the front axle assembly, and reinforcing its most vulnerable areas helps maintain alignment, protect suspension geometry and keep the Jeep performing at its best. The truss ties the axle tubes to the centre section, preventing the housing from flexing or bending and protecting the expensive internals.

• Includes Synergy Dual Durometer Bushings with a Teflon bearing surface for a maintenance free design.
• Uses OEM size bushings, no proprietary sizes to commit to.

Notes

• Heavy duty weld on installation. Requires cutting and welding by a professional fabricator.
• Ships bare steel.
• Track bar relocation mount 8812-05 sold separately. The truss requires slight modification for that install.
