All about 2023+ Super Duty 4-6 Inch Lift Kits

Ford redesigned the Super Duty for 2023, and every kit on this page is built for the 2023+ F-250 and F-350 4x4. Up front the truck uses a solid axle on coil springs, located by radius arms and a track bar. The rear rides on leaf springs. A 4 to 6 inch lift on this truck is about clearing 37 inch tires without wrecking the steering, so the geometry parts in the kit matter as much as the lift. Brands here are ICON, BDS, Carli, Cognito and ReadyLift.

Engine and Tremor. Gas and diesel trucks sit at different heights and take different front springs, so many kits come in gas and diesel versions. Tremor trucks ride higher from the factory and net less lift. ICON lists separate lift ranges for each.

How to choose

Geometry

Good 4-6 inch kits correct caster with radius arm drop brackets or new radius arms, and keep steering in line with a track bar drop bracket or an adjustable track bar. Some add a drop pitman arm.

Rear lift

Most kits lift the rear with blocks. Carli Pathfinder uses progressive leaf springs instead.

Driveline and sensors

Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may need a carrier bearing drop. Trucks with ride height sensors on the radius arms may need a relocation bracket. ICON notes that driver assistance systems need recalibration after install.

Fitment limits

Many kits are 4x4 and single rear wheel only, and do not fit cab and chassis trucks. Read the notes.

Tires and wheels

ICON and BDS list 37x12.50 tires on the wheel sizes in their notes. Bigger tires on stock wheels can hit the brake lines and radius arms.

Common questions

Will a 2017-2022 lift kit fit my 2023 Super Duty?

Buy a kit listed for 2023 and newer. Every kit on this page is built for the 2023+ truck.

What tire size can I run with a 4-6 inch lift?

37x12.50 is the common size on the wheels listed in the kit notes. Larger tires may need trimming.

I have a Tremor. Will I get the full lift?

No. The Tremor starts taller, so it nets less lift than the advertised number. Several kits list Tremor heights separately.

Is there anything to do after install?

Get an alignment, aim the headlights, and have the driver assistance systems recalibrated.
